Original Project Concept" A Design and Build project completed ALISHAR. Project location is in Abha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Main Building has 2 main areas, the Headquarter offices and Printing plant. The Headquarter area consists of 3 level offices and the atrium. The plant area is where the printing process is located with the pre-press offices, paper storage, press hall, mail room and other services. Project Design Development: The project design dynamically evolved to the present state because of new client’s requirement and other functional considerations of printing equipment and operational needs. The Site is a total development complete with all utilities and other engineering services required for a full plant operation. Road and parking network with improvement to the main road are completed to meet the project access requirements.
